マムズ・フードは、食肉、新鮮野菜のホールセールをはじめ、 加工済野菜、冷凍食材、タスマニア直送のウニ、乾物食材、洗剤類全般、コンテナ類全般や、 レストラン様、業者様向けのオリジナル商品のオーダーを承ります。

MUM’S FOOD Corporation is a proud wholesaler and food manufacturer, specialising in the preparation and supply of custom-ordered fresh meats and vegetables (fresh and processed). We also supply frozen food products like sea urchin directly from Tasmania and fried foods, as well as all types of detergents and containers. Our unique “original items” are also available to suit the customised recipes of restaurants and wholesale businesses.

新鮮野菜全般の販売、食肉販売、鮮魚販売、業務用商材全般の販売を承ります。
特に回転寿司に重宝される 「アボカド」は取扱量 シドニー No.1 のため価格もシドニー No.1 と激安です！ もちろんそれ以外の新鮮野菜全般をお取り扱いしております！ 食肉は和牛から、オージービーフまで全種類、特に和牛スライスは厚さや部位のご指定いただけます。鶏肉全種類、その他から揚げ用にカットされた状態のカット肉、皮付き、皮無しなど。豚肉全種類、その他 チャーシュー製造用にネットに包んだ状態の豚肉など、肉類も豊富に揃えています。
もちろん鮮魚のお取り扱いも御座います。新鮮なサーモン、マグロ、ハマチなどなどその他 季節により大トロ、中トロなど。ウニはタスマニア直送ウニのお取り扱いも御座います！その他、すぐに盛り付けられる洗浄済み野菜や、カット済み野菜も多数。
各レストラン様、業者様のオリジナル商品の製造•販売も行っています。
日曜以外、月曜から土曜まで、祝日も営業、配達しておりますのでロングウイークエンドなどの際も、皆様はまとめ買いの必要は御座いません！

Our product range covers all kinds of wholesale fresh vegetables, meat and general commercial products. Avocado being one of the most popular items at Sushi restaurants in Australia, we have the biggest number of them available for delivery for the best price! We of course have other fresh vegetables available for your purchase!
You will also enjoy all kinds of meat available from MUM’S FOOD Corporation including Wagyu and Aussie Beef. All types of Chicken are available and we have cut ones suitable for cooking Karaage with skin on or off. Pork is also a popular product that we offer and the ones already in the net for Chashu making is just one example of the varieties of Pork products. We of course have fresh seafood. Fresh Salmon, Tuna and King Fish to name a few, and Toro Tuna (or Fatty Tuna) are available when they are in season. Sea Urchins are directly from Tasmania!
Our other items include pre-washed and cut vegetables for your convenience in quick serve and preparation and we can also produce and supply customised items made to your needs for restaurants or wholesale business.
We are open everyday from Monday to Saturday including Public Holidays*. Deliveries are also available on those days, no need for those big shopping even before long weekends!
*Note: Closed on Christmas Day (25 December) and New Year’s Day (1 January)
